Global Coffee Prices Stay High in November 2025

Global coffee prices in November 2025 remain stubbornly expensive, with supply continuing to tighten. Despite ongoing market volatility, the trend has been consistent all year: less raw coffee available, and prices that keep climbing instead of falling.

As forward holdings shrink and replacement costs rise, these increases are flowing through to the retail side. Coffee drinkers worldwide — across all brands, not just myCuppa Coffee — are feeling the impact of higher costs and limited availability.

Organic Coffee Supply Shortages: Outlook for 2026

The organic coffee market is facing severe shortages, and the situation continues to deteriorate month after month. Availability of certified organic beans is tighter than ever.

At this stage, we don’t expect relief until April or May 2026, and even then, improvement is not guaranteed. With no clear signals of increased supply or falling prices, the outlook remains challenging.

Our forecast: it could take up to 12 months for balance to return to the organic coffee supply chain. That recovery depends on the broader global market shifting back to a healthier supply-demand dynamic — something that has yet to begin.
