It is a difficult origin to source from and some years we are not able to buy Sulawesi coffees. In some instances, it was a five-year wait for a good-quality lot.

Like Sumatran coffee, it uses the same wet-hulled processing method to deliver a stronger, more pronounced flavour.

We like the spice elements and the complex array of flavours that make for an interesting cup.
