If you intend to purchase an item from www.mycuppa.com.au or attempt to determine the shipping charges to your location, the shopping cart will require you to complete a user registration profile form in order to use your destination POSTCODE to automatically calculate the applicable freight/shipping rates from our direct interface to the AusPost website.
We cannot calculate shipping charges without your postcode.
The registration process is a self-serve procedure and you will be required to supply a Name, Address, Phone number and email address as the only set of personal identification we request from you as a minimum to process your order.

It is possible to leave the www.mycuppa.com.au store with items residing within your shopping cart without processing the checkout/payment steps.
You can then return at a later time and complete your ordering by processing payment - the items residing within your cart will be retained for your next login.
Your email address is visible to our store administrators, but your own personal Password is known only to you and even we cannot see your password - it is encrypted in our system.
If you cannot remember your password, we can reset your password upon request from you, or you can request a temporary password is sent to your email address to allow you to log into mycuppa.
The email address listed in your registration profile is quite important for us as we use the email address to send your initial Profile information and for mycuppa to send through orders/invoice records and the Australia Post despatch tracking notification advice.
