India produces high-quality coffee that needs to be given more recognition on the global stage.

 

They can easily go up against and convincingly beat coffees from more hyped-up regions of Ethiopia and Central America. 

 

Elk Hill prepares some of the finest coffees, and their Arabica scored a stunning 95 on coffee review in 2007. 

 

This naturally processed coffee delivers intense sweetness, has a great balance of acidity with notes of orange/citrus, and finishes with a hint of raisin.
