All-time classic
You can buy 1kg or 500g packs of specialty grade 100% Arabica Brazil coffee - medium roasted.
An excellent coffee ideally suited for espresso, plunger, filter, or drip-style coffee.
We purchase quality Brazilian arabicas blended for a full-bodied cup with intense sweetness, refined acidity, and fantastic fruit complexity wrapped in deep chocolate.
A seasonal coffee from our features single-origin offerings; there are differences over the months as new lots arrive.
Our philosophy in sourcing Brazilian coffees is to look for rich sweetness with fruit-driven complexity.
The results are delicious coffees with refined acidity that work flawlessly across black or milk-based beverages.
Brazil Super Blend has been a favourite product in our store since 2009.
We love the flavours of peach, papaya, sweet tropical fruits, caramel, toffee, and chocolate.
About Brazil Coffees
Brazil, needing no introduction, is the world's largest coffee producer by a long margin—literally five times larger than the #1.
The beans are softer in density, can be lower in moisture, and exhibit that "classic" coffee flavour.
Brazil coffees are a fundamental staple in every coffee roaster's warehouse.
Capable of producing incredible sweetness and that essential texture crucial for holding blends together.
Brazillian coffee beans are popular as base elements in espresso blends. They have excellent neutral acidity, body, crema, and sweetness.
Our Super Brazil is a blend of 3 different single-origin beans - all from premium Brazil Estates - these are specialty grade, not blenders.
A key secret in our blending strategy is to use beans processed and prepared by different methods, adding significant complexity to the cup.
Think: TOBLERONE bar........yep, it's the closest thing you will get to drinking a molten Toblerone bar.
What are the differences between Brazil's in our mycuppa store?
We used to offer four different single-origin Brazil coffees. We currently hold five or six other Brazilian lots in our warehouse, so the two coffees we present are the best representations.
Naturally processed Brazils will have a strong flavour and more body. Cambara is a naturally processed (sun-dried) coffee.
Pupled Brazils are cleaner cups with more of a medium body and slightly higher acidity or sometimes sweetness - Super Blend is pulped naturally with a delicious peaberry in that mix.
Brazil Cambara - A natural yellow Cataui specialty coffee. More robust flavour - dark chocolate with a hint of nut, sweet stone fruits
Brazil Super Blend is a blend of our Brazils. It is balanced and complex, with milk chocolate notes. It is currently displaying vibrant chocolate notes in milk.

Why our coffees are different
Our custom SUPA-ROASTA is a one-of-a-kind, fully cast-iron platform using the most advanced computer controls for ultra-precise roasting of the best-tasting coffees.
These days, complete cast-iron roasting systems are extremely rare. Only cast-iron platforms can impart that highly desirable soft, moist heat into the coffee beans.
Would the best chefs and BBQ experts cook their culinary delights on Stainless, Alloy or Mild Steel or Air ?
Nope, neither would we.
mycuppa's SUPA-ROASTA creates coffees with smooth, rich, high-flavoured tastes, full and syrupy body, fine acidity and of course our trademark long, sweet finish.
Nothing compares.
how we roast your coffee
Roasting coffee is a precise science. These days, computer profiles perform most of the automated tasks for controlling a roast profile. However, through better quality control via tasting, testing and optimization, we can make a big difference to the finished product through setting special parameters.

Ground coffee is poor value
Whole beans are the only way to enjoy freshly roasted coffee.
The moment coffee beans are ground, most of the essential, active compounds in ground coffee oxidize rapidly, losing vitality, aroma, flavour and body.
Ground coffee barely lasts 15 minutes; even sealed packs lose more than 80% of the critical essence in 2 weeks.
Unfortunately, once you open and close that pack, it's game over, and the ground coffee continues to stale at 20x the rate of whole beans inside of a sealed, unopened pack.
If you love coffee, please don't waste money buying pre-ground packs; you only get a small part of the wonderful coffee experience.
Buy a decent grinder and purchase whole beans; it makes a huge difference in aroma, flavour, and enjoyment.
