In May 2013, this coffee won a Bronze Medal at the RASV International Coffee Roasting Competition - an excellent result from a tough competition involving more than 603 entries from 130 International roasters.

It's different and unique - consisting of coffee beans that are rarely blended together - high grade, premium Central and Southern Amercian coffees.

Traditionally roasted in a medium style, it is designed to feature the various characteristics of the beans used in the blend without the effects caused by darker roasting.

The ultimate challenge to a roaster is to create a coffee that cuts through milk beautifully whilst offering the black-only drinker a perfectly balanced acidity.
