Arabica coffees are grown at higher altitudes in thinner air where insects are less common.

This organic-certified Mexican Decaf was grown without chemicals or fertilizers.

Mountain Water Process - a trusted way of chemical-free caffeine removal

There are two primary chemical-free Decaf processing methods used globally. 

Swiss Water and Mountain Water.

Both methods are free of harmful chemicals such as Acetate used to strip caffeine from raw coffees.

We prefer Mountain Water Decafs as they use a better grade of raw coffee. Natural mountain water has been sourced from Pico De Orizaba, the largest mountain in Mexico, for decaffeination using the Mountain Water process.
