Honduras Premium Seasonal Lot Coffee Beans
Our Honduras Premium Seasonal lot whole beans are sold as medium roasted whole beans - excellent for Espresso style coffee with a nice low acid and a rich, smooth, creamy finish. We can also grind them for you if you desire.
The current seasonal lot is a premium specialty grade 85 point Honduran Marcala. They are not easy to source so if you are interested in them, order while you can as we don't always have them available.
It's fresh, punchy, crisp and has an incredible middle sweet spot when you dial in the perfect grind and extraction.
Most centrals have a high acid.
We feel these Honduras coffee beans are a very under-rated and we are particularly impressed with how they add great sweetness without overloading acid as one might expect.
We use this coffee in many of our blends to add refinement and believe this bean stands up exceptionally well as a Single Origin.

I like Honduras coffees for the simple reason the acid is easier to work with and that directly translates into a more balanced cup.
