Why we are faster: We get it, nobody likes waiting for deliveries, especially coffee.
Our large size enables us direct access to a high-speed hub that bypasses the congested Melbourne Parcel Facility, often a source of delays. However, we can't guarantee all parcels will bypass MPF, as the courier may change routes at any time.
Sometimes, we can reduce the transit time by 1-2 days, helping your parcel arrive sooner.

Sweetest Instant coffee on the market
Brazil's coffees are popular because they are intensely sweet and delightful.
And this instant coffee is no exception.
With incredible sweetness, bold flavours, and a rewarding finish of chocolate notes, we are super happy with how this instant coffee came out.
Understanding the different methods of producing Instant Coffee
There are three different processes for converting fresh roasted coffee beans into instant granules.
Spray-dried, agglomerated and freeze-dried.
The freeze-dried process is the best method of producing instant coffee available.
They produce superior freshness, capturing flavour and locking in the essential aromas.
Freeze-drying is the most technically challenging and expensive method for producing instant coffee, with yields close to 30%.
For every 100 kilos of expensive roasted coffee, barely 30kg of instant coffee is produced, which helps explain why Instant coffee is expensive.
Why our Brazil Instant beats everything else on the market
Let's face it. Instant coffee has always been a race to the bottom.
But there is a better way.
That means most producers of instant coffee (there are less than 5 in Australia) will use the lowest-cost ingredients available.
They do this because the "yield" in converting roasted coffee beans into instant coffee is low.
With coffee bean pricing at 20-year highs, it's no wonder that instant manufacturers try to reduce costs.
Most instant coffee sold in Australia is through supermarkets, so there is always unrelenting pressure to create a low-cost product.
That pressure means producers will always override any thoughts of quality and taste regarding ingredients.
We know there is a better way, as we also use higher-quality ingredients in our pods and capsules.
Our Single Origin, Brazil Freeze Dried Instant coffee has lovely sweetness.
Each Brazil Freeze Dried Instant pack comes in a 250g foil-lined pouch to lock in freshness.
How it tastes
The first thing you will notice about our Instant coffee is its lighter colour.
That's because the freeze-dried process differs remarkably from other instant coffee preparation methods.
It's also lighter because Brazilian coffees are naturally processed - the coffee cherry is sun-dried.
We also roast Brazilian coffee beans in a lighter brown shade than most washed Arabica coffees.
The lighter roasts preserve flavours and, most importantly, enhance sweetness.
A sweetness you can taste.
You can expect the cup to have sweet nut and milk chocolate flavours.
