This week, we were notified of preliminary results for the Australian International Coffee Roasting competition, held during the last week of March 2014.

This event is now one of the most competitive in Australia and together with the Golden Bean Competition, these events are now deemed the toughest in the world of coffee roasting. 

This year, more than 800 entries were judged by hand-picked industry experts using international standards.

We are proud to announce our Redemption of the Spro won Silver in the Espresso category.

Espresso category is without doubt the highest regarded class and we expect there were more than 200 entries slugging it out for the honor of a Espresso medal.
 

Redemption of the Spro has been our most extensively engineered coffee ever !

Almost 12 months in development, we turned everything we knew about espresso coffee completely upside down, changed the way we roast, added sophisticated tools and embarked on an entirely different approach to what others were doing with espresso coffee in Australia.
