Single Origin Zambian Coffee - Terranova Estate
If you try 1kg of our single origin Zambia Terranova Estate roasted coffee beans, we are sure you will enjoy it.
This Zambian coffee is prepared with the perfect medium roast level that displays intense sweetness, syrupy body and a long, toffee-like finish.
A really difficult origin to source, we hold only a small quantity of this rare and interesting bean from Zambia, an emerging coffee bean producing nation.
A coffee with soft acidity, rich, smooth body with a mocha/orange finish.
Terranova Estate is a highly sought-after coffee.
The estate has been in operation since 1985 under the careful and professional management of the Street family, assisted by the community of Mazabuka.
The coffee estate is located at the upper Kaleya Valley in Zambia.
It makes a very interesting brew, somewhat like a Rwanda coffee with the lush orange/mocha finish.
New crop arrived in June 2019. - apricot, mandarin, dark cocoa, toasted walnuts and brown sugar sweetness.
Zambia coffees are not often found or used by many coffee roasters around the world.
They are incredibly difficult to source as such small quantities are offered up on the specialty market.
Like all African coffees, Zambia can punch well above it's weight in the excitement and enjoyment stakes.
We like this coffee because of it's single estate heritage and the interesting combination of chocolate, nut and orange finish.
Somewhat similar to a quality Rwandan coffee, I recommend you try this coffee for something different.
