We purchase around 10 - 12 tons of Tiger Mountain raw coffee per year and this typically arrives from 2 seasons and 3 harvests (early, mid and late). The coffee arrives in 1 ton pallets almost on a monthly basis and these are from regularly shipments at origin sourced throughout the year. As such, there will be a slight variation in the cup throughout the year as different lots arrive from harvest.
