These lovely arabica coffee beans are certified organic from Honduras in Central America and grown at high altitudes.

We roast the coffee to a perfect medium level, allowing it to display its full potential of balanced acidity, sweet, clean apricot and toffee flavours, and a rich, smooth finish.

This coffee is very smooth, rich and one of the best Honduran coffees we have seen in a long while. 

About Honduras

Honduras has gained a reputation as a significant player in the coffee industry. 

Over the past 18 years, the country has significantly improved its coffee quality while increasing its annual harvest. As a result, Honduras has emerged as a leader in Central American coffee production.

Not only has the quality and volume increased, but the farmers have spent many years perfecting new processing techniques that help produce unique and distinctive coffee, much in the same manner as Costa Rica, yet without the high price tags.

We have always used a lot of Honduran coffees in our blends and single origins. 

It is an essential origin for us and one we continue to rely upon for excellent coffees to keep us ahead of our competitors in Australia.
