Cafetto Machine Premium Espresso Machine Powder has been developed for use with commercial & domestic espresso machines in the routine maintenance of back flushing and the removal of coffee oil residue and scum on group heads, valves, lines and associated parts.
We recommend that chemical cleaning occurs not more than once a week in a domestic situation, depending upon usage of the machine (volume of coffee being produced).
For commercial cafes, cleaning cycles depend upon the volume of coffee being produced on the equipment and in most cases a good once a week clean is adequate.
Please note, we stock the Cafetto branded cleaner and as the exterior label artwork has recently changed on this product, you may notice a change between the appearance of the previous product or what you have become accustomed in the past to seeing in terms of the label on the jar. Don't worry, the ingredients have not changed, it's just cafetto updating and refreshing the product branding.
