Payments

We offer a range of payment options at the checkout - you can use your credit/debit card, a Paypal account or perform a Bank EFT after processing your order.

mycuppa.com.au does not capture or store customer card information on our site.

We offer three(3) payment methods — eWay Secure Payments (preferred), PayPal Australia and direct Bank Transfer.

Please note: we do not currently apply any merchant surcharges to PayPal, Visa or Master, however we do charge 1.5% for American Express.

eWay accepts American Express, Visa or Mastercard only and is a secure, external and highly trusted payment gateway used by 100's of Australian web merchants - all transaction details are processed on eWay’s own platform, no credit card details are stored or processed within mycuppa.com.au.

These transactions are performed using the highest secure encryption.

We also accept Bank Transfers and details are printed on the Invoice once you proceed to the Checkout.

For payments using Bank Transfer, your order will be processed and packed on the day fund clear our account and your parcel will be despatched for delivery that day provided the total is fully received by us (this means, all funds are cleared into our CBA account). We check out account every hour from midday through to the despatch cut-off time at 4pm.

Please note that shipments for Bank Transfer payment may experience a delay whilst the funds are cleared between financial institutions - whilst we check our account frequently during the day and prepare these parcels ready for shipment once funds are cleared, we cannot control the inter-bank clearance delays .

Credit card processing is via the external eWay secure payment gateway.

mycuppa.com.au does not capture or store customer credit card information.

eWay accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Expresso cards only and is a trusted, secure payment gateway - all transaction details are processed on eWay’s own platform, no credit card details are processed within the mycuppa.com.au system.

You will recieve an electronic receipt directly from eWay sent to the email address you have registered within your www.mycuppa.com.au profile.

No merchant surcharge is applied on eWay payments for Visa or Mastercard cards.

A 1.5% merchant surcharge is applied on eWay payments for American Express cards.

 

 

 

PayPal Australia by sending a payment to the paypal@mycuppa.com.au address.

Note: we currently do NOT apply a surcharge for PayPal payments, however, this may change in the future.

Bank Transfer - EFT direct into the mycuppa.com.au Bank Account.

Details of the mycuppa.com.au Bank BSB and Account Numbers are provided on your Invoice when you proceed through the web cart checkout.

Please note, Bank Transfer can take up to 2 business days to clear into our account. We lodge your parcel only once we have confirmed the payment has been received into our account.
