We focus our attention this month on two very nice Nicaragua microlot coffees.

Finca La Esmeralda Estate and a superb microlot, offering bright, clean, green apple acidity, medium body with a delightful creamy mouthfeel and a lingering caramel finish.

Finca Santa Isobel Estate is a coffee that is tended into the forthcoming Cup Of Excellence competition. This is a rock-star offering with notes of chocolate and roasted nut. We love the long, dry cocoa finish this coffee produces.
