This coffee is registered with RA.ORG (Rainforest Alliance Organisation - New York) and is controlled by the regulations governing sales of authentic Rainforest Alliance products. 

Dulce mean "Sweet" in Italian and this is a superb example of a natural processed quality Brazil. 

Prepared from a blend of natural processed coffees grown at different altitudes and collected from beans harvested at a late stage after the cherry has already dried on the tree.
